Privacy Policy

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• Arrivals late will be considered as a no-show, and the appointment may be cancelled.

• A fitting fee of RM20 is required for Normal Dress fitting session.
• A fitting fee of RM30 is required for Wedding Dress fitting session.
• A fitting fee of RM30 is required for Traditional Kwa fitting session.
• Unlimited gown trying is allowed.
• The fitting fee will be fully waived if a booking is confirmed during the same session.

Rental Period

• Standard rental period is 3–5 days.
• Rental dates will follow the dates stated on the invoice.
• Any rental extension must be informed before or during gown confirmation / collection.

Rental Includes

• Professional dry cleaning service
• Basic alteration service
• Bridal accessories such as headpiece, jewelry set, veil and earrings

• All gown and dress rentals are fixed price and strictly non-refundable.
• Once payment is made, the gown is exclusively reserved and will no longer be available for other customers.
• Therefore, cancellations, changes, exchanges, or refunds are not allowed after payment confirmation.
• As this package is offered at a special price, full payment is required to confirm the booking and reserve the gown.

Basic Cleaning (Included in Rental Fee)

The rental fee includes standard cleaning for:

• Minor dirt
• Dust
• Mud stains
• Sweat stains

Additional Cleaning Charges (Based on Severity)

Special cleaning fees will apply for stains such as:

• Oil-based stains (automotive grease, cooking oil, etc.)
• Food & beverage stains (wine, coffee, juice, sauces, etc.)
• Makeup stains (lipstick, foundation, mascara, nail polish, etc.)
• Dye & ink stains (pen ink, hair dye, paint, etc.)
• Special stains (candle wax, perfume yellowing, etc.)

Any stains or damages that cannot be removed through standard cleaning procedures will be subject to additional damage charges based on severity.
